• A significant portion of the course had been consumed by a student before the refund was requested. This refers to the first seven days after the order of the course beyond which the refund will not be entertained.
• Multiple refund requests have been initiated by a student for the same course.
• Disproportionate refunds have been requested by a student.
• Users who have their account reported, banned or course access denied or disabled due to a violation of our Terms of Trust & Safety Guidelines.
